Smoking:
No smoking is allowed inside the cabins under any circumstances.

Reservations:
We require a deposit of one night or half the total stay (which ever is greater) will guarantee your desired cottage for the entire period you would like to stay.

Cancellations:
Because of our small size, please realize that cancellations affect us significantly. Should it be necessary for you to cancel your reservation: Deposits will be refunded (less a $25.00 fee) if cancellation is received not less than 14 days prior to expected arrival. If cancellation is received within the 14 day period before your stay, the refund you receive is determined by whether or not the cottage is re-rented for the entire block of time you have reserved the cottage.

Refunds are not given for late arrivals or
early departures, no exceptions.

While we truly hope that during your stay the sky is clear, the weather is pleasant, and the seas kindly, all we can guarantee is that the cottage you have reserved will be available during the time you have requested.

Pets:
Dogs are permitted in cottages 1-10.
One dog is allowed per cottage for an additional charge of $10.00 per night.
No dogs in cottages 11 or 12.

Amenities:
Kitchenettes consist of under counter refrigerators, a two-burner electric hot plate, dishes, and all utensils necesary to prepare a light meal. Full kitchens offer all the conveniences of home - a full size stove and fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. All cottages have electric heat, full linens, private baths with showers, and cable television. There are no phones in the cottages; however, there is a courtesy phone available. Our wooded area offers a quiet, relaxing setting to enjoy a campfire or BBQ. We also have a small play area available for your children to use with supervision.
